Up to 6 hours of remote and on-site support per month. This package is ideal for businesses that need a little more ongoing support, along with additional setup, monitoring, and technology planning services. Response within 48 hours.
- Everything in the Starter Package, plus:
- Full office setup, network configuration, device deployment, and new employee tech onboarding
- Network monitoring and maintenance
- Hardware upgrades and replacements
- Data backup recommendations and setup
- Vendor coordination for tech purchases
- Tech inventory management
- Quarterly technology reviews and recommendations
Pay As You Go ($100/Hour)
No commitment. No contract.

Home Visit ($100/Hour)
Brett comes to your home and handles your tech needs in person. Billed in one-hour increments.
Home visits within 15 miles of Wells, Maine are available at our standard hourly rate. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of this area. Reach out and we'll let you know upfront.
